Inner Evolution is an ayahuasca retreat for deep healing and self-discovery, grounded in the Cofán lineage of Putumayo, Colombia. For generations, the indigenous peoples of the Amazon have turned to sacred plants for healing and transformation. We honor that wisdom and carry it with care.
You are welcomed into a safe, caring space, supported by experienced facilitators. Through ayahuasca, the sacred mother plant, you can look beneath the surface, face old wounds, and find clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
Before the retreat, we guide your preparation, from dietary recommendations to everything you need to arrive ready.
The retreat includes 2 or 3 ayahuasca ceremonies. Each night opens with a gentle contact dose, followed by complementary doses tailored to how you feel and to our facilitators’ judgment. The first night is an introduction; after that, you can go deeper at your own pace. Live medicine music carries every ceremony through the night.
Safety is our first priority. It starts with a careful health screening and continues in every ceremony: each dose is chosen thoughtfully, and our facilitators can adjust the intensity at any moment. Someone is always by your side.
The day after each ceremony, a dedicated integration session helps you put your experience into words, ground yourself and prepare for the next. After the retreat, integration continues, so what you lived can take root in your daily life.

Bufo Alvarius
The toad medicine exhibits therapeutic potential for treating various conditions. Yopo Medicine
Yopo is traditionally used for its ability to induce profound experiences. It can help deepen self-awareness and connect participants to a sense of unity and higher consciousness. Ritshi
A dedicated facilitator of expanded states of and a specialist in the sacred art of transformation.
Since 2017, Ritshi has focused on creating "magical fields"—immersive, integrative spaces where individuals experience core-level shifts through the intentional use of entheogens. He is a weaver of community, devoted to bringing people together to reclaim their truth and integrate spiritual awakening into daily life.
Cristina
Cristina is a dedicated plant medicine facilitator, musician, and seasoned Hatha Yoga instructor who creates sacred spaces for profound internal shifts. Since 2017, she has specialized in guiding individuals through the transformative power of master plants, using her musical gifts and yogic expertise to ground the experience. Cristina facilitates with a rare depth of empathy—helping participants navigate their subconscious to release stress and reclaim their innate physical and spiritual vitality.
Stef
Stefane’s life work is dedicated to creating a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming, and profoundly transformative space for your healing and awakening. With years of experience in the rigorous integration of ancestral medicines within a European context, he guides you beyond the echoes of past wounds and toward a life of alignment and purpose. He personally oversees every retreat to ensure the highest standard of integrity.
Oli
Singer, guitarist and live musician, Olimpia holds space through her voice and her strings. She works intuitively with sound rather than from a fixed set, letting the music follow the room and open honesty and emotional release. Movement follows the same principle — no choreography, only inner rhythm. For more than eight years she has used song and movement to create spaces of beauty, freedom and joy, guiding people back into full presence in their bodies. She is currently recording her own music.
Angela
Angela facilitates deep detoxification and subconscious reprogramming by bridging the gap between the body and spirit. Her integrative practice blends somatic bodywork and liver cleanses with advanced therapeutics like Breathwork, NLP, and Cellular Memory Decoding. Through a mix of contemplative arts and Nonviolent Communication, she creates sacred spaces for individuals to release limiting patterns, fostering a life of presence, coherence, and alignment with their true essence.
Florin
Florin is a holistic facilitator and personal trainer who bridges physical discipline with deep emotional transformation. His background in sports and health coaching evolved into a specialized practice in coaching and emotional release techniques, designed to unlock limiting patterns and restore internal connection. Within the Holistika Center, he facilitates conscious psychedelic experiences.

About Holistika Center
What is Holistika Center? Holistika Center is a Core Transformation and plant medicine Retreat organization founded in 2017 by Ritshi Zenati. We guide small-group ayahuasca retreats in Europe, a microdosing program and facilitator trainings, rooted in the Cofán tradition of Putumayo, Colombia. More than 2,000 people have joined our programs.
Which tradition does Holistika Center work with? We work in the Cofán yagé tradition of Putumayo, Colombia, where ayahuasca is known as yagé. Our facilitators trained through immersion in the Colombian jungle within this lineage, and we honor its ceremonies, its medicine music and its care for each participant.

How long does an ayahuasca retreat last? It depends on the retreat. For example, our ayahuasca retreat near Barcelona lasts up to 4 days and 3 nights, with 2 or 3 ceremonies. Each retreat page shows its own format. Some Special retreat dates can hold up to 4 or 5 Ceremonies.

How do I book a retreat with Holistika Center? Start with a free call and our health evaluation form. Once we both feel the retreat is right for you, a 300€ deposit secures your place. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat.
What is the health evaluation? It's a confidential form and a conversation with our team about your health, medication and mental health history. It helps us check that the retreat is safe and right for you, before you book.
Is a Holistika Center retreat a medical treatment? No. Our retreats are spiritual and personal growth experiences. They don't replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, and we encourage you to keep your own healthcare providers informed.
The experience
What happens during a Holistika Center ayahuasca retreat? You arrive, settle in nature and meet the group. Ceremonies take place at night, carried by live medicine music, with doses adapted to you. The day after each ceremony, an integration circle helps you put your experience into words. Meals are vegetarian and nourishing.
What happens after the retreat? Integration continues at home. Our retreats include a group follow-up call, and you can book one-to-one integration sessions to help what you lived take root in daily life.

What is Holistika's Center microdosing program? It's a guided program with a preparation guide and personal support. You can also join an optional WhatsApp group and an optional monthly sharing circle with short workshops for six months, so you never walk the path alone.
Does Holistika Center offer facilitator training? Yes. We offer a Plant Medicine Facilitator Training and Certification, a Kambo and Bufo Alvarius Facilitator Training, and a Microdosing Training, each grounded in our years of practice.
