1. Payment & Deposit

• Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Mandatory Preparation Fee: A specialized preparation session is required at 89€.

• Remaining Balance: The balance of your retreat fee must be settled on-site upon arrival via cash or credit/debit card.

• No other forms of payment are accepted.

2. Health & Safety Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the following steps are mandatory for final confirmation:

• Completion of the Health Evaluation Form.

• A successful Evaluation Interview.

• Participation in the Mandatory Preparation Call.

• Reviewing and signing all Liability Disclaimers and Retreat Rules.

• Note: We reserve the right to refuse participation based on health or safety concerns identified during the evaluation process.

3. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

• Refunds: We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all cancellations.

• Transfers: If you cancel, your deposit may be transferred and applied toward a future program or alternative date.

• Service Fees: Preparation fees (89€) are non-refundable, as this service is rendered prior to the retreat.

• Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues) requiring us to reschedule, all payments will be credited toward a future date.

4. Venue & Location Policy

• Privacy & Security: To maintain the sanctity and security of the space, the exact venue location is shared exactly one week (7 days) prior to the start of the retreat.

• Communication: Location details and coordinates will be provided exclusively via our dedicated participant WhatsApp group.

5. Optional Add-ons & Flexibility

• Post-Retreat Integration: Optional integration sessions are available for 49€.

• Optional Medicines: Various options are available at an extra cost.

• Extended Stay: Participants may join for 2 nights and choose to extend to 3 nights (subject to availability).

• Restrictions: Stay extensions are not possible before or after the official retreat dates.

6. Retreat Center Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, sacred, and harmonious environment, the following rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal without a refund.

• Zero Tolerance Substance Policy: The possession or use of illegal drugs or unauthorized substances of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• Non-Violence & Physical Safety: Any form of physical violence, aggressive behavior, or verbal threats will result in immediate expulsion.

• Anti-Discrimination: We maintain a space of total inclusion. Discrimination based on religion, nationality, race, gender, or background is absolutely not tolerated.

• Respectful Conduct: Participants must treat staff, the venue, and fellow guests with the utmost respect.

• Privacy: To protect the sacred space, unauthorized photography or video recording is prohibited.

• Logistics & Workflow: Participants are responsible for their own transportation. You must adhere to scheduled arrival times to ensure the safety and security of the group.

7. Dietary Requirements & Food Intolerances

• Menu Planning: We provide nourishing meals. The menu will be shared in advance, highlighting ingredients related to common food intolerances.

• Participant Responsibility: You must inform us of specific allergies or medical dietary restrictions during the Health Evaluation. We accommodate medical intolerances but cannot manage personal preferences outside of safety needs.

8. Schedule & Mandatory Sessions

• Punctuality: The retreat schedule must be strictly respected. Late arrivals or missed sessions disrupt the workflow and may impact your participation in ceremonies.

• Mandatory Preparation: Participation in the Preparation Call is a vital safety requirement to ensure you are mentally and physically ready.

• Integration: Integration sessions during the retreat are a mandatory part of our process to ensure you are grounded before returning to daily life.
