Holistika Center: Participant Acknowledgment & Release of Liability
1. Voluntary Assumption of Risk
By participating in any activities, programs, or retreats offered by Holistika Center, individuals voluntarily assume full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Participants acknowledge that holistic practices and plant medicine ceremonies involve inherent risks. Holistika Center, its facilitators, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, psychological distress, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation.
2. Medical Disclosure & Individual Accountability
Participants are strictly responsible for disclosing any and all relevant medical, physical, or psychological conditions—including current medications—that may affect their safety. It is the individual's sole responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before attending. Holistika Center reserves the right to refuse participation based on health safety concerns.
3. Scope of Service: Not a Medical Provider
Holistika Center is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric facility. Our offerings are spiritual and complementary in nature and are not a replacement for professional clinical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.
4. Nature of Transformation & No Guaranteed Outcomes
Personal growth is a lifelong, non-linear process. Holistika Center provides a supportive environment, but we do not guarantee "instant" or "complete" transformation.

Participants acknowledge that deep spiritual work may surface challenging emotions or "shadow" aspects that require time and dedication to process.

The retreat is a catalyst, not a destination; the responsibility for continued growth remains with the participant.
5. Consent, Boundaries, and Conduct
We maintain a container of mutual respect. Participants agree to:

Respect the sanctity of the space and the privacy of other participants.
6. Integration and Post-Retreat Care
The healing process often intensifies after the retreat ends. Participants acknowledge the necessity of "Integration" and agree to seek ongoing professional support, therapy, or community-based aftercare if needed. Holistika Center is not responsible for the participant's mental or emotional state following their departure from the program.
7. Personal Autonomy and Beliefs
While we provide a guided framework, we do not impose specific dogmas. Participants are encouraged to exercise personal discernment and make informed choices regarding which ceremonies or practices they choose to enter.
Final Affirmation
By signing below or participating in Holistika Center programming, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms above. I recognize that my transformation is my own responsibility and that I am choosing to engage in this experience with full awareness of the work required.

Terms & Conditions
1. Payment & Deposit

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Mandatory Preparation Fee: A specialized preparation session is required at 89€.
-
Remaining Balance: The balance of your retreat fee must be settled on-site upon arrival via cash or credit/debit card.

No other forms of payment are accepted.
2. Health & Safety Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the following steps are mandatory for final confirmation:

Completion of the Health Evaluation Form.

A successful Evaluation Interview.
-
Participation in the Mandatory Preparation Call.
-
Reviewing and signing all Liability Disclaimers and Retreat Rules.
-
Note: We reserve the right to refuse participation based on health or safety concerns identified during the evaluation process.
3. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Refunds: We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all cancellations.
-
Transfers: If you cancel, your deposit may be transferred and applied toward a future program or alternative date.

Service Fees: Preparation fees (89€) are non-refundable, as this service is rendered prior to the retreat.
-
Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues) requiring us to reschedule, all payments will be credited toward a future date.
4. Venue & Location Policy

Privacy & Security: To maintain the sanctity and security of the space, the exact venue location is shared exactly one week (7 days) prior to the start of the retreat.

Communication: Location details and coordinates will be provided exclusively via our dedicated participant WhatsApp group.
5. Optional Add-ons & Flexibility

Post-Retreat Integration: Optional integration sessions are available for 49€.

Optional Medicines: Various options are available at an extra cost.
-
Extended Stay: Participants may join for 2 nights and choose to extend to 3 nights (subject to availability).

Restrictions: Stay extensions are not possible before or after the official retreat dates.
6. Retreat Center Rules & Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, sacred, and harmonious environment, the following rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Zero Tolerance Substance Policy: The possession or use of illegal drugs or unauthorized substances of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Non-Violence & Physical Safety: Any form of physical violence, aggressive behavior, or verbal threats will result in immediate expulsion.

Anti-Discrimination: We maintain a space of total inclusion. Discrimination based on religion, nationality, race, gender, or background is absolutely not tolerated.

Respectful Conduct: Participants must treat staff, the venue, and fellow guests with the utmost respect.
-
Privacy: To protect the sacred space, unauthorized photography or video recording is prohibited.
-
Logistics & Workflow: Participants are responsible for their own transportation. You must adhere to scheduled arrival times to ensure the safety and security of the group.
7. Dietary Requirements & Food Intolerances

Menu Planning: We provide nourishing meals. The menu will be shared in advance, highlighting ingredients related to common food intolerances.

Participant Responsibility: You must inform us of specific allergies or medical dietary restrictions during the Health Evaluation. We accommodate medical intolerances but cannot manage personal preferences outside of safety needs.
8. Schedule & Mandatory Sessions

Punctuality: The retreat schedule must be strictly respected. Late arrivals or missed sessions disrupt the workflow and may impact your participation in ceremonies.

Mandatory Preparation: Participation in the Preparation Call is a vital safety requirement to ensure you are mentally and physically ready.

Integration: Integration sessions during the retreat are a mandatory part of our process to ensure you are grounded before returning to daily life.
Before booking: what you need to know
Your safety comes first. Right after booking, you’ll receive our medical questionnaire, and a member of our team will contact you within 96 hours for a mandatory interview. These two steps can happen in any order. Your place is confirmed only once both are complete. Sensitive situations are reviewed with our partner doctors. If you have any doubts, we’ll talk them through together. No question is too small.

Contraindications: three distinct levels
Absolute exclusions within our framework
Participation is not possible in these situations:

Personal history of schizophrenia, psychosis, mania/hypomania, or bipolar disorder

Severe heart disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure

Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Under 25 years old

These don’t mean an automatic no. The decision depends on your full situation and, if needed, the opinion of our partner doctors.

Psychotropic medications, including SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, certain antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and lithium

Anxiolytics, benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, anti-panic treatments, or medications taken occasionally

Active addiction or recent withdrawal
Possible reasons for postponement
Your stability matters more than any date. We may suggest postponing your retreat in the case of:

Ongoing withdrawal from benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, or other substances
-
Severe insomnia, a recent anxiety attack, or acute psychological instability
-
Recently starting, stopping, changing the dose of, or restarting a treatment
Declare all your treatments. Never pause, reduce, replace, or restart a treatment on your own or because of the retreat. Each assessment may lead to approval, postponement, or refusal.
