We will introduce you to the experience and prepare you before your journey. You will receive a form to fill and some inscructions.

Experience
You will be layed down or seated but completly relaxed with eyes closed and music on. We play the PandoraStar light machine program for you.

10 Minutes Rest & Integration
After the experience, take your time to open your eyes and connect with your body, drink some water to comeback to this reality!
