Overview
Inner Evolution is an ayahuasca retreat for deep healing and self-discovery, grounded in the Cofán lineage of Putumayo, Colombia. For countless generations, the indigenous peoples of the Amazon have turned to sacred plants for healing and transformation. We honor that wisdom and carry it with care.
You are welcomed into a safe, caring space, supported by experienced facilitators. Through ayahuasca, the sacred mother plant, you can look beneath the surface, face unresolved emotions and old wounds, and discover clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
Live medicine music accompanies every ceremony, with songs and instruments that carry you through the night.
Safety is our first priority. It starts with a careful health screening before you join and continues throughout each ceremony: every dose is chosen thoughtfully, and our facilitators can adjust the intensity of your experience at any moment. We approach this powerful medicine with responsibility and ethics, and someone is always by your side.
Before the retreat, we guide your preparation: clear instructions, dietary recommendations, and all you need to arrive ready.
The retreat includes 3 ayahuasca ceremonies. Each night opens with a gentle contact dose, so you can meet the medicine step by step. Complementary doses follow, tailored to how you feel and to our facilitators’ judgment. The first night introduces you to the plant; on the nights that follow, you can go deeper at your own pace.
The day after each ceremony, a dedicated integration session helps you express what you lived, ground yourself and get ready for the next ceremony.
Taita Mares
Musician & Soul Healer
Rooted in ancestral memory and a member of Colombia’s Kaamash-hu Kariphe Indigenous community, he brings together music, spirituality, ancestral medicine, and personal transformation, guided by one essential principle: calm as our natural state of well-being and reconnection.
Founder of El Hospital del Alma, he also shares Somos Medicina, a musical project created with his daughter Abril, where family, song, ancestral roots, and consciousness come together. Guided by Taitas from the Inga and Cofán peoples throughout his journey with Yagé medicine, he received the calling to bring this ancestral practice in Colombia.
Today, his work combines sharing ancestral medicine with the recognition and cultural revitalization of the Kaamash-hu Kariphe people.

Tobacco
Tobacco is a sacred master plant, honored by the Cofán people of the Colombian Amazon as a guardian and teacher. In ceremony, the taita blows its smoke to cleanse, protect and open the way for the medicine. It grounds the body, clears heavy energy and brings focus to the mind.
Tobacco Purge
The tobacco purge is a traditional Amazonian cleansing ritual. A tea of mapacho, the strong jungle tobacco, is drunk to release what the body and spirit no longer need. It clears stagnant energy, sharpens clarity and strengthens willpower, preparing the ground for deeper inner work.
Ayahuasca brew
Yage or Ayahuasca is used in traditional medicine used in many indigenous cultures in the Amazon for its potential therapeutic benefits. It is believed to have healing properties that can provide insights, facilitate emotional processing, and promote growth.

Breathwork Specialist & Meditator
A lifelong seeker, Fabián found in conscious breathing a direct path to serve others. He believes deeply in the power of the present-moment breath to restore health and clarity.
Creator of “Yo soy el que Respira”, he offers workshops that help individuals uncover answers within their own breath. During the retreat, he will lead gentle preparation for body, mind, and spirit, sharpening focus and presence as participants step into their journey.

Member of the Kaamash-hu Kariphe community, Jenny combines artistic sensitivity and spiritual service.
With years supporting deep healing alongside Taita Mares at El Hospital del Alma, she brings steady experience in holding safe, grounded space for self-discovery, inner connection, and a return to essence.
Abril
Singer-Songwriter & Voice Facilitator
Daughter of Taita Mares, Abril approaches the voice as a sacred vessel for expression. Her work rests on a simple premise: we rarely need to find our voice, only stop silencing it.
Creator of El Rincón de la Entusiasta, she designs circles where music connects people to feeling. At this retreat, she will facilitate the Cacao Ceremony.

Cacao Ceremony
A simple space focused on opening the heart, fostering connection, and emotional release. Accompanied by music and voice work, cacao helps quiet the mind and open the heart. A straightforward moment to tune inward and share within the group.
Spiritual Surgeries (Optional)
Some participants may feel the need for more focused work to address health issues, pain, or addictions. Guided by spiritual doctors, Mares and Jenny perform energetic work aimed at supporting physical repair and restoring health.
Tobacco Purge
A process of physical, mental, and spiritual cleansing using an extract of tobacco leaves. This purge helps detoxify the body, calm the mind, and release emotional burdens. It prepares the body and spirit, opening the necessary channels before receiving the Yagé medicine.

About Holistika Center
What is Holistika Center? Holistika Center is a Core Transformation and plant medicine Retreat organization founded in 2017 by Ritshi Zenati. We guide small-group ayahuasca retreats in Europe, a microdosing program and facilitator trainings, rooted in the Cofán tradition of Putumayo, Colombia. More than 2,000 people have joined our programs.
Which tradition does Holistika Center work with? We work in the Cofán yagé tradition of Putumayo, Colombia, where ayahuasca is known as yagé. Our facilitators trained through immersion in the Colombian jungle within this lineage, and we honor its ceremonies, its medicine music and its care for each participant.

Where are Holistika's ayahuasca retreats held in Europe? Our ayahuasca retreats take place in Spain (near Barcelona, in Málaga and in Mallorca), in Switzerland, in Germany, and in the Nordics: Norway, Finland and Sweden. Each retreat has its own page with dates, prices and details.
How often do Holistika Center retreats take place? We hold ayahuasca retreats every month across our European locations. You'll find the next dates on each retreat page, or ask us on a free call to find the date that fit you.
How long does an ayahuasca retreat last? It depends on the retreat. For example, our ayahuasca retreat near Barcelona lasts up to 4 days and 3 nights, with 2 or 3 ceremonies. Each retreat page shows its own format. Some Special retreat dates can hold up to 4 or 5 Ceremonies.
How much does a Holistika Center retreat cost? Prices depend on the retreat and its format. For example, our ayahuasca retreat near Barcelona starts from about 600€ for 2 ceremonies. You'll find every price on its retreat page. A 300€ deposit secures your place.
In which languages are the retreats held? Our team speaks English, French and Spanish. Each retreat page states the language of its ceremonies and circles. Near Barcelona, we hold separate retreats in English and in French.

How do I choose the right retreat? Book a free, private 20-minute call with our team. We listen to your intention, ask about your health and experience, and suggest the retreat, date and format that fit you best.
How do I book a retreat with Holistika Center? Start with a free call and our health evaluation form. Once we both feel the retreat is right for you, a 300€ deposit secures your place. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat.
What is the health evaluation? It's a confidential form and a conversation with our team about your health, medication and mental health history. It helps us check that the retreat is safe and right for you, before you book.
Is a Holistika Center retreat a medical treatment? No. Our retreats are spiritual and personal growth experiences. They don't replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, and we encourage you to keep your own healthcare providers informed.
The experience
What happens during a Holistika Center ayahuasca retreat? You arrive, settle in nature and meet the group. Ceremonies take place at night, carried by live medicine music, with doses adapted to you. The day after each ceremony, an integration circle helps you put your experience into words. Meals are vegetarian and nourishing.
What happens after the retreat? Integration continues at home. Our retreats include a group follow-up call, and you can book one-to-one integration sessions to help what you lived take root in daily life.

What is Holistika's Center microdosing program? It's a guided program with a preparation guide and personal support. You can also join an optional WhatsApp group and an optional monthly sharing circle with short workshops for six months, so you never walk the path alone.
Does Holistika Center offer facilitator training? Yes. We offer a Plant Medicine Facilitator Training and Certification, a Kambo and Bufo Alvarius Facilitator Training, and a Microdosing Training, each grounded in our years of practice.
