Holistic refers to an approach that considers the whole system or individual as interconnected and seeks to address all aspects of their being, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects to promote overall well-being.

Through this transformative journey, we gain in-depth knowledge of the traumas of our perinatal experiences, our childhood upbringing, our past lives and the ancestral agreements that have shaped and influenced our existence.

A therapeutic approach developed by Bert Hellinger. It focuses on the idea that our issues and challenges are often deeply rooted in our family systems and ancestral dynamics.

4. Core shamanism
