6-Cycle Plant Medicine Facilitator Training — Barcelona
Two Retreats + Training Sessions Every Month

Flexible program open to everyone.

Overview

Over the past four years, we have been expanding and training our team, as well as guiding those who seek to experience the life-changing path of facilitating plant-medicine retreats.

Today, interest in expanded states of consciousness is growing rapidly, and we are now opening retreats in several locations across Spain and internationally. For this reason, we are currently accepting applications for our facilitator training program.

There are no academic requirements. We look for people who speak two or three languages, are willing to travel, and can complete their training within six months so they may join our Light Force team and facilitate retreats in Spain and in other locations where these medicines are legal.

We invite you to book a call to determine whether your profile, expectations, and mission align with this training.

This is a complete training in the facilitation of entheogenic medicines, including ayahuasca, transcendent integration, expanded communication, and the organization of transformational retreats.

The program is structured into six immersive cycles, each held during our retreats in Barcelona. You can complete the full curriculum in one or two years, depending on your availability.

This training develops your skills in facilitation, integration, and group coordination, while offering a real pathway to join our international team of facilitators across several countries. Many participants also use this training to create their own retreats, circles, and transformational spaces rooted in clarity, responsibility, and alignment.

Investment Options

  • Full 6-Cycle Training: €4,200 (translation included)

  • Per Cycle: €770 (translation included)

You may join any retreat date from our schedule. With two retreats and training sessions per month, you can complete the full program in three months or extend it over twelve months.

What Is the Purpose of This Training?

The training is a path in itself. It does not impose a specific goal; it opens a space where skills arise naturally—facilitation, integration, communication, coordination.

Those who deeply integrate these foundations can then lead their own circles or work with us once we see they are ready. Everyone evolves at their own pace: some collaborate before finishing the program, others afterward. What matters is real integration, not conforming to a structure.

We do not ask anyone to change who they are. We value each person’s essence, while inviting them to let go of attitudes or beliefs that could hinder the accompaniment of participants.

What Does the Training Include?

The training goes far beyond technical tools: it is grounded in authentic inner transformation. As the cycles progress, a new way of seeing naturally emerges in each student, deeply influencing how they live, connect, and accompany others.

The true medicine is this new perception—how one listens, moves beyond judgment, and approaches another human being.

The training does not aim to create “experts,” shamans, or teachers. Instead, it invites students to release rigid forms and rediscover their own creativity, from which a living and inspiring presence can arise.

Who Is This Training For?

  • For people engaged in an inner path and willing to participate in six transformative retreats to go deeply into their process.

  • For those who wish to become facilitators and move beyond rigid forms, dogmatism, and limiting structures.

  • For therapists from different backgrounds who feel constrained within traditional frameworks.

  • For psychologists who want to deepen their personal work and bring greater depth to their practice.

  • For anyone who wants to dedicate themselves to this work—no degree or prior experience with entheogens is required.

The Holistika Center School offers 6 cycles of four days and three nights.

By the fourth cycle, the student already facilitates an ayahuasca session as the responsible facilitator, under the supervision of an experienced guide.

The training covers facilitation, integration, group holding, and communication. Officially, it can align with the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, although its scope goes far beyond any technical or clinical approach.

  • The first two cycles focus on listening, responsibility, asepsis, and professionalism.

  • In the third cycle, the student performs their first self-application of kambó, leads a supervised bufo alvarius session, and supports an ayahuasca session.

  • In the fourth cycle, the student facilitates their first ayahuasca session, begins facilitating kambó, and deepens their integration and verbal-space-holding skills.

  • In the fifth cycle, the student leads integration sessions: emotional release, group dynamics, and the transmission of a loving presence.

  • It is not necessary to take psychodrugs during each cycle; it is enough to have lived profound experiences and recognized their therapeutic value.

  • In the sixth cycle, the student takes on responsible roles under supervision.

  • At the end of the six cycles, the student may join the team and be remunerated or create their own retreats and projects. In some cases, collaboration may begin before the program is complete.

What is Transcendent Integration?

  • In our approach, integration is a medicine in itself. It is not limited to a simple sharing circle. As a facilitator, your presence supports the energy of the process, accompanies the participant in their inner journey, and helps them make sense of what they are experiencing.

  • Integration is also a space for collective learning. Participants discover that the experience works differently for each person—whether they are on a spiritual path or working on a specific aspect of their life: relationships, health, emotional wounds, trauma, or addictive behaviors.

  • It is a moment when the releases initiated during the night can settle, reorganize, and find their place in daily life. To integrate is to allow the body, mind, energy, and inner patterns to naturally realign. It is neither a task list nor an “action plan.” When integration settles, emotion is released, a page turns, and a new inner space opens.

  • Group dynamics, constellations, and insights from integrators—facilitators more advanced in their own path—enrich this moment and support a deeper understanding of what is unfolding for each participant.

What is Conscious or Expansive Communication?

  • In our school, communication is an open space. Language, tone, and the way we relate become tools to touch another person’s sensitivity with precision and gentleness. It is a way of transmitting a presence that invites understanding, release, and the joy of being oneself.

  • This form of communication is learned in a living environment—an experience where people often become essential companions on the path. It is a place where one can show up as they are, let deeper parts emerge, create, explore, and support one another. Through these shared experiences, each person develops inner courage and a capacity to accompany others, rooted in a common intention: to reveal the inner beauty present in everyone.

What is Facilitation?

  • In our approach, the facilitator creates the conditions that allow each person to access an experience of understanding, release, or healing. Their role is to accompany without directing and to help each participant become, through the process, their own guide in everyday life. When this happens, people learn to support one another with affection, which naturally transforms how they relate to others and to life.

  • The word facilitator also refers to the responsibility of sharing entheogenic medicines within a conscious, responsible, and professional framework, respecting ethical boundaries and each person’s inner freedom.

  • To facilitate is not to hold the participant’s hand, absorb their emotions, tell them what to do, or impose a spiritual, psychological, or doctrinal vision. Language adapts to each person’s level of awareness, because everyone must go through their own process and find their own conclusions.

  • Everything true takes root within. This is where direction, discernment, and clarity arise. The medicines do not dictate a truth; they reveal a passage, a mirror, an opening into the depth of being.

Holistika Center School

We are an international space where love can express itself freely — a place where people from different cultures, paths, and traditions converge with a shared intention: to explore consciousness, heal deeply, and grow in authenticity. Our environment is shaped by presence, compassion, and the understanding that true transformation happens when each person feels safe to be exactly who they are.

Our role is to train and accompany those who feel called to this work, whether they wish to bring these practices into their own projects or step into facilitation within our growing team. What we transmit is not a doctrine but a way of being — a capacity to guide with clarity, to support with sensitivity, and to hold space with maturity and integrity.

Our trainers bring decades of combined experience in therapeutic, energetic, and entheogenic fields. Each one adds a unique perspective that enriches the formation:

  • Psychologist — bringing depth, emotional clarity, and a grounded clinical understanding.

  • Constellation facilitator — offering a systemic view and the ability to reveal the hidden dynamics that influence personal and collective processes.

  • Experienced medicine facilitator — transmitting the art of guiding with presence, respect, and responsibility within entheogenic contexts.

  • Special guests and academic researchers — contributing scientific, anthropological, and experiential insights that expand the horizon of practice.

Together, they create a learning ecosystem that is both rigorous and deeply human — a space where knowledge meets intuition, technique meets presence, and where each student learns to embody their own unique way of accompanying others.
